Isola viva is an editorial shot in Salina and Stromboli , two islands of the Aeolian Archiepelago, in the south of Italy.

Taking from the folklore and mythology of the Aeolian archipelago, the editorial wants to create a visual narrative inspired by the past and the memories of the islands to focus on its present & future, the female inhabitants of the volcanos.

By mixing three different generations of islanders, Isola Viva brings together a volcanic local cast who , for the first time, proudly take Marni to Pollara Bay in Salina and Chanel to the feet of the Stromboli volcano.
